We had a great night at the WONS May Day Charity Ball on Friday evening at the Museum Events Centre. The venue was amazing - at the top of the museum with a stunning view of the night lights of Auckland. But what was even more stunning were the people! Gorgeous girls in floor length ball gowns and men dressed in bowties and tuxedos. This was one 21st party to remember and even the guests got to take home the prezzies! A luxury goodie bag was given to all and every lady at the event received a pair of Kate Sylvester sunglasses. Celebrating 21 years of service, WONS (Nursing, Education and Health Promotion Service) is a wonderful charity that undertakes women’s health services especially to lower socio economic groups and saves many lives. This was a glamorous night of musical entertainment by Iva Lamkum and The Mermaids who got the dance floor rocking!
