Brad Pitt was born in 1963 in Oklahoma and raised in Springfield, Missouri. At Kickapoo High School, he was involved in sports, debating, student government and school musicals. He attended the University of Missouri but didn't complete his degree.

Known for his laugh Brad has won numerous 'beautiful people' media awards, notably declared the first man ever to be named "Sexiest Man Alive" twice by People Magazine [1994 and 2000].

Brad dated Juliette Lewis [1990], was engaged to Gwyneth Paltrow [20 December 1996] and married Jennifer Aniston July 29, 2002. They announced on January 7, 2005 they were separating and they divorced 2 October 2005.

He says he fell in love with Angelina Jolie on the set of Mr and Mrs Smith [2005].

He adopted Maddox and Zahara with Angelina and the couple went on to have Shiloh, 27 May 2006 -born in Namibia, Africa. In March 2007 they adopted a 3-year-old boy named Pax Thien from Vietnam - born November 29, 2003. On July 12 2008, Angelina gave birth to their twins - a boy, Knox Leon, and a girl, Vivienne Marcheline.

In 2010 Brad and Angelina split.

His onscreen career started in 1987 and Brad has appeared in more than 40 movies, his first starring role in a feature film - The Dark Side of the Sun [1997].
