Glowing pink for the girls
FASHION, glamour and a good laugh is a topway to raise money for a good cause and In the Pink was a grand affair for the NZ Breast Cancer Foundation.
Kerre Woodham kept the crowd laughing at Sky City convention centre on Saturday August 14 and with the assistance of the lovely Miss Auckland contestants - managed to prize $100,000 out of thepunters' pockets.
Recently named, Distinguished Citizen of Auckland - Rosie Horton is patron for the Breast Cancer Foundation and once again helped the charitable organisation.
Auckland Mayoress, Amanda Banks showed her support along with National MPs Georgina Te Heu heu and Nicky Kaye.
The lovely ladies were treated to a fashionextravaganza from Liz Mitchell, A*Muse, Zambesi, Cybele and Carlson.
The show hit the mark with plenty of ladies writing down their favourites for the new season.
Denise L'Estrange-Corbet checked out the scene, which was a great warm up for NZ Fashion Week due to launch on September 20.
