WORLD'S AUTUMN/WINTER COLLECTION.
Attire from another World
WHEN a cutting edge fashion house launches its latest range the people will come.
Especially when avant-garde label World rocked up to the luxuriously appointed Great Room at the beautiful Langham Hotel – its facelift has proved successful.
The autumn/winter range was on show for those with interest and influence in New Zealand’s fashion industry.
A pair of models paraded the gear to the likes of hair extraordinaire Rodney Wayne and stylish foodie Ray McVinnie – critiquing clothing rather than the efforts of the MasterChef contestants last Tuesday night.
Always pushing the boundaries, the clientele of World and fashion editors could get up close and personal with the range that was dressing mannequins. A good move for those who just need to touch.
A jaw-droppingly good show.
