Tulisa not sure whether to follow Cheryl Cole with X Factor performance

New X Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlos has said she is unsure if she will perform live on the talent competition as previous judge Cheryl Cole did.

Geordie Cole, 28, performed her hit tunes including Promise This on the programme.

But the 23-year-old plans to just 'see how it goes' when it comes to featuring musically on the show.

In an appearance on ITV morning show Lorraine, she told host Carol Vorderman: "I haven't made any decisions about what I'm going to do musically because I am just trying to focus on the job at hand.

"It's a big role to take on but anything could happen. I'm not sure yet, I'm seeing how it goes."

The N-Dubz star says that she won't be copying Cheryl's style.

Tulisa said: "Cheryl Cole is the most photographed woman in the country, so she would have a worn a million-and-one outfits, she would have tried every style.

"People try new things and fortunately for her she was photographed doing it, so there's always going to be pictures that you can compare between me and her."

During her appearance on the show, she also hinted that music mogul Simon Cowell, 51, might return to the talent competition.

She added: "Simon loves his guest appearances and he just pops in every now and then to stir up some trouble and then he disappears again, so it's quite possible that he will return."
