True Bloods Alexander Skarsgrd single again after split

True Blood star Alexander Skarsgård is back on the singles market after splitting from his actress girlfriend Kate Bosworth, according to US reports.

Us Weekly claims that Bosworth and the Swedish actor have called it quits after dating for two years.

“It was mutual,” a source told the US magazine. “And it happened a while ago.”

The couple met in 2009 on the set of the re-make of thriller Straw Dogs.

But the pair, who have not been photographed together recently, are reported to have been spending time with other people.

The 28-year-old former Young Americans star caused a stir earlier this month when she was photographed hugging her ex-boyfriend Orlando Bloom, who is married to Australian model Miranda Kerr.

Meanwhile, Skarsgård, 34, was reportedly spotted flirting with a mystery brunette at a Comic-Con party in San Diego, California, last week.

“He’s single and he is loving the attention,” a source told the magazine.

However, the duo will still be together – on the big screen, at least – when Straw Dogs is released later this year.
