Stunned Lindsay Lohan on way back to jail

Shocked Lindsay Lohan was on her way back to jail today (FRI) after a judge denied her bail for violating her probation.

The troubled star could be behind bars for close to a month after she was remanded in custody for failing two drug tests.

Lohan had been expected to be released on bail pending another hearing.

But instead she was handcuffed in the courtroom and taken back to Lynwood jail, where she served 14 days for a previous probation violation.

Stunned Lohan looked at her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley before she was taken out of the courtroom after Judge Elden Fox denied her bail.

Lohan could remain in jail until October 22, when she is set to find out her sentence for failing the court-ordered drug tests.

She could be sentenced to up to 30 days in jail for testing positive for cocaine and Adderall.
