Reese Witherspoon to buy Brad Pitt's Malibu pad?

Reese Witherspoon has reportedly been eyeing up Brad Pitt's Malibu beach pad.

The actress was spotted on Sunday inspecting the four-bedroom mansion, which is on the market for $13.75million.

Accompanied by new husband Jim Toth and her kids Ava and Deacon, she spent 45 minutes wandering around the lavish estate that Brad bought for $8.4million in 2005 for $8.4million.

According to X17online, the family visited five houses in total and stayed in the others for around 15 minutes until they arrived at the pad which overlooks the Pacific Ocean

An eyewitness said, "She seemed extremely interested and visited the house for close to 45 minutes."
