Paris Hilton is still following an exercise regime, despite splitting with her guru and boyfriend Cy Waits in June.
The socialite credited her ex with getting her hooked on exercise, and was photographed on the catwalk in São Paulo in January sporting well-defined muscles.
Speaking to Now magazine at the time, she said that fitness-mad Cy had helped her see the importance of eating well, and exercising.
"He explains everything to me. He makes me watch documentaries on food and he explains what things are good for your body because he's very into that."
And although they've since parted ways, the 30-year-old has decided to keep up the good work, but has traded weights for body-streaming Pilates sessions.
"I'm feeling really great?right now and very happy," she told Now. "I'm having just an amazing summer!"
