Orlando Bloom: 'Miranda Kerr is my lioness'

Orlando Bloom has said his wife Miranda Kerr is his "lioness" but is also "a little insane".

Bloom told Ellen DeGeneres about their baby son Flynn: "He's cute - and he's actually huge for his age. He's like 20 lbs."

Adding that Flynn was born weighing "9 lbs 12 oz", he said: "27 hours of labor. [I was] here for every minute. Peeing in a bottle. I was like, honey, I have to go to the bathroom - 'Someone get him a bottle'," he joked, adding that the experience was "totally amazing".

He then admitted: "She was my lioness. I have to tell you it was remarkable. She's a very strong woman."

But he was equally amazed that she went back to modeling just months after giving birth.

"She is a little insane," he said. Why did you put her to work right away? Can’t she stay home with the baby for a little while? Like I said, she’s of her own mind.”
