Mitch Winehouse wins back Amy's charity foundation name

Singer Amy Winehouse's dad is free to start work on a foundation in his daughter's name after winning back the company and domain name from an Internet opportunist.

Mitch recently said he wanted to set up The Amy Winehouse Foundation to help young British people struggling with drug and drink addictions.

But it emerged that the name had already been registered as an official company, forcing Mitch to hand back donations that had been given to the clinic.

But the former cabbie has now claimed the rights to the company name.

He tweeted yesterday: "We have finally sorted the company and web site names. so now we can get cracking."

Amy, 27, was found dead at her north London house last month.
