Miranda Kerr credits 'love' for her good looks

Supermodel Miranda Kerr has said that 'love' is the secret of her good looks.

Miranda, who has seven-month-old daughter Flynn with her actor husband Orlando Bloom, 34, believes that loving yourself and others is the key to being healthy.

The 28-year-old told Australia's Daily Telegraph: "If you have love, first of all love and appreciation for yourself, then you are going to eat healthily and you are going to take care of yourself and exercise.

"When you do that, you can give so much love to other people because you have the energy to give."

She added: "That's what gives me a healthy body and a healthy soul."
