Madonna rips up dance floor with Gerard Butler

Madonna kicked up her heels on Oscars night, sparking rumours she was hot for Gerard Butler.

The Scottish bachelor was recently linked to Jennifer Aniston, who, despite having two of her headline exes presenting at the ceremony, was nowhere to be seen.

Scribes noted Aniston aka Jen's "exes" – Butler and Bradley Cooper – both presented together.

The Madonna-Butler pairing was mostly on the dance floor at what sounds like the hottest after- party of the night for 300 thrown by Madonna, Demi Moore and Madonna manager Guy Oseary at his home in the Hollywood Hills. Diddy spun for the gig and very late-night Indian food hit the tables.

Madonna, 51, and Butler, 40, were "all over each other", according to an eyewitness quoted by HollywoodLife.com. "She was putting on the full-court press, totally charming him – and even challenged him to a dance-off. They were grinding in the middle of the room real close and then Demi joined in. It was hot! Gerard was loving the attention," the eyewitness said.
