Lindsay Lohans mother and sister visit actress in prison

Lindsay Lohan has been visited in jail for a second time by her mother and sister, according to reports.

The former Mean Girls star’s mum Dina and sister Ali paid a second visit to Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, California, according to UsMagazine.com.

The pair made no comment on how the actress was doing inside as they were escorted to their car.

And they did not say whether or not Lohan, 24, will be released this week.

Los Angeles Sheriff's Department spokesman Steve Whitmore said: "Nothing has changed.

"When she [Lohan] was incarcerated, I said a couple of weeks and it hasn't been a couple of weeks."

He added: "That turns out to be the first part of next week, it could be Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, something like that."
