Lindsay Lohan's lawyer: it's hard for her not seeing family

Mean Girls star Lindsay Lohan's lawyer has said she is finding it difficult not seeing her family.

Lindsay used all her allocated visits during the week so no one could visit her in jail at the weekend.

The 24-year-old's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley told TMZ.com: "It was hard for her not to see her family over the weekend."

It is unknown how much of her 90-day sentence Lindsay will actually serve but her lawyer said she hopes to know something soon.

The actress's mum Dina, sister Ali and friend Samantha Ronson have already visited her behind bars.
