Lindsay Lohan 'in very good hands'

Actress Lindsay Lohan's mother says her daughter "is in very good hands".

The star was recently released from Lynwood Correctional Facility, California, after serving 13 days of a 90-day sentence. She was then transferred to rehab at UCLA Medical Centre, where she is set to spend 90 days.

Her mum Dina told RadarOnline.com: "I was finally able to hug my daughter after two long weeks of speaking to her from behind a glass wall. Lindsay is doing well, and is appreciative of the hundreds of well-wishers she has received."

She added: "Lindsay is with the utmost professionals and is in very good hands."
