Lindsay Lohan has been granted jail visitation

for her lawyer, psychiatrist and professional addiction specialist.

Legal papers filed hours after the troubled 24-year-old was sent back to jail show Lindsay, who whose full name is Lindsay Dee Lohan, has the booking number 2409752.

The papers show that her high-powered lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley, professional addiction specialist Gary Richman and psychiatrist Dr Lee Sadja will be on her list of permitted visitors.

Lohan is reportedly appealing Judge Elden Fox’s decision to deny bail and send the troubled actress back to jail.

Lohan's high-powered lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, filed the paperwork - around 4pm Friday with the appellate department of the Los Angeles Superior Court.

Court minute orders from the case – released on Friday afternoon - shows Lohan was denied bail, remanded in custody and is scheduled to appear again before the judge on October 22.

The papers, which Shawn Chapman Holley will contest, state: “The defendant is remanded to the custody of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

“The defendant is ordered to return on 10-22-10 for probation violation hearing.

“The court is requesting a probation report verifying the other conditions of probation which were not addressed on the last probation report, ie. psychotherapy sessions, behavioural therapy interventions etc.”

It also notes Lohan’s custody status as: “Defendant remanded.”
