Lilo to be released from rehab early?

Lindsay Lohan's stint in rehab might be cut short.

The troubled star's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley has reportedly met behind closed doors at the Beverly Hills courthouse with prosecutors and the new judge overseeing her case.

E Online has reported that a source said Holley was making a case to Judge Elden S Fox to have the 24-year-old's 90-day stay in rehab reduced.

After the meeting Holley and Deputy DA Dannette reportedly left the court, smiling, but refusing to comment.

Holley said she had recently visited Lohan and that, "She's good, but that's all I am going to say."

The next hearing has been set down for later this month.
