Lady Gaga reportedly paid attention to every last detail of her VMA gender transformation – including what was down her pants.

Wearing a black suit, Armani men's underwear and fake stubble, the singer showed up to Sunday's MTV Video Music Awards dressed as her male alter ego Jo Calderone. A source told Us Weekly that she finished off her outfit by popping a prosthetic penis down her trousers.

The 25-year-old stayed in character all night and told the magazine, "I am from New Jersey. My family is from Palermo, Sicily and I am not a singer or a model or an actor or anything. I am just a guy."

Talking about fellow pop star Britney Spears who blew off his advances on stage, he added, "She is f***ing hot. Didn't you j*** off to Britney when you were a kid?"
