Kris Humphries' dad 'very happy' to have Kim Kardashian join their family

Kris Humphries' dad said he's 'very happy' to have Kim Kardashian join their family.

The couple recently got married in a ceremony in Los Angeles and Kris' dad William Humphries is more than happy to have the reality star as a daughter-in-law.

William said to Life & Style: "We're very happy to have Kim in the family - very happy. It's been a whirlwind."

The Humphries family are based in Minnesota and he said they aren't used to so much attention.

He added: "We aren't used to all this. You start having a conversation with someone and don't realise that he's wearing a mic."
