Kim Kardashian: 'Wedding was like being in heaven'

Newlyweds Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries have gushed about how 'perfect' their big day was.

The couple said 'I do' in a sunset wedding in California last weekend, and revealed that the event was like a dream come true.

"It was like we were in heaven," Kim told People magazine, while Kris added, "I'm going to remember how perfect it was."

Wedding planner Sharon Sacks explained their choice to go with a black and white theme with traditional wedding elements mixed with high glamour.

"Kim loves black and white and so does Kris," said Sacks. "They have this Hollywood royalty feeling and the black and white represented formality. But tradition was very important to them."

But despite her three Vera Wang wedding dresses, Kim insisted that the occasion was about more than appearances.

"Glam aside, that wasn't our main goal. It was really about our family and each other," she added.
