Kim Kardashian to launch a luxury earring line

Reality star Kim Kardashian is to launch a luxury earring line.

The 29-year-old is teaming up with Loren Jewels creator Loren Ridinger for the jewellery range.

The 20-piece collection is called the Kim Kollection and was inspired by Kardashian's glam Hollywood life.

The range, which officially launches on September 1, incorporates precious gems such as diamonds and emeralds.

According to People.com, Loren said in a statement: "Kim's a fashion icon and millions of people are inspired by her style making.

"Our collaboration on the Kim Kollection is a natural fit."

Prices in the high-end line range from $10,000 to $40,000.
