Kara DioGuardi not in rush to have kids

American Idol judge Kara DioGuardi has said she isn't rushing to have children.

The music producer and Idol judge, 39, recently celebrated her first wedding anniversary with her husband Mike McCuddy and said she isn't in a rush to have a baby.

She said to 104.3 MyFM radio: "I would love that [to have kids]. If that happens, it'd be great. I'd be very excited, yeah! That would be so awesome."

However, she admitted she isn't in too much of a rush.
