Joe Jonas set for film debut

Singer Joe Jonas is set to make his acting debut in a film that he will not only star in but also produce.

The Jo Bro has been developing the project for months and he was over the moon when he heard that the movie had got a financier.

The 22-year-old told E! News: "I was in Mexico City last week and my manager called me and said, 'The movie's financed!' I was, like, in tears."

Joe said he'll star in the flick as a 'young man who is finding himself.'

He added: "The storyline is still bare bones, but I will say he has a specific dream that he wants to accomplish, and it's the good and the bad he has to go through to get there.

"It's going to be an older-feeling kind of movie."
