American Idol contestant Haley Reinhart divided the judges by deciding to sing an unreleased Lady Gaga track.

The 20-year-old singer recently chose to sing Lady Gaga's track You and I with the pop star's blessing but not all the judges thought it was a wise choice.

J Lo said: "I'm just not sure that was the best advice."

Her fellow judge Randy Jackson added: "I'm not so sure it's that great of a song... It's so risky to come out and do something no one's familiar with."

However judge Steven Tyler was a fan of the song choice.

He said: "When someone can take a song they don't know and make it work, that's a beautiful thing. I think you're just one perfect song away from being American Idol."
