Final Twilight release date announced

Twilight fans will have to wait until November 16, 2012 for the release of the final big-screen instalment in the blood-sucking series, it has been reported.

There had been speculation about when the vampire saga would draw to a close, with the release of the last film in the blockbuster franchise being hotly debated.

The final book in the series, Breaking Dawn, has been split into two films, the first of which is slated to open in theatres in November next year, it is reported.

Young stars Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner are set to begin shooting for Breaking Dawn in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Vancouver this autumn, OK magazine reports.
