Dina Lohan says Lindsay will move out of California

Lindsay Lohan's mother Dina says the actress will be moving from California when she gets out of rehab.

Dina spoke to NBC's Today Show and said her daughter is doing 'wonderfully' in the rehab centre where she moved to after serving just 13 days of her 90-day prison sentence.

Dina said: "She's great. She's been through a lot. The judge played hardball. Lindsay was in with alleged murderers and she's become friends with a lot of them.

"Lindsay rolled with the punches and she's doing wonderfully."

The actress, 24, is being treated at the UCLA drug rehab centre where she was moved to for three months of treatment after finishing her prison sentence.

Dina added that Lindsay will be moving to New York once she comes out of rehab as California is 'a wonderful state' but 'it's a different game you play there, the court system is a little different'.
