Colin Farrell is monogamous

Colin Farrell may be a legendary ladies man but the Irish star says even he can only cope with one woman at a time.

Farrell told talk show host Ellen DeGeneres that he is currently single and unattached.

"I was never much for dating,” said the father-of-two. "I was much for a few things, but I kind of usually went a decent-ish amount of time.”

DeGeneres asked the 24 year-old if he was "monogamous", to which he replied "yeah?".

Asked why he asked himself a question, Farrell laughingly said: "I think when I answer ‘yes’ to something like that, I’m kind of shocked myself that I’m answering 'yes'."

"That’s why it was a question. I’m kind of like, ‘Colin, do you really believe yourself?’”
