Cheryl Cole uses iPod to keep her 'entertained' as she battles bronchitis

X-Factor judge Cheryl Cole has said she's using iPod to keep her 'entertained' as she battles bronchitis.

The 26-year-old was forced to cancel an appearance on UK TV show Friday Night with Jonathan Ross, as well as a slot on BBC Radio One's Live Lounge.

She posted a message on her website, saying: "As some of you may know, I'm really ill at the moment with a nasty case of bronchitis.

"Unfortunately, I'm stuck in bed under strict doctor's orders, so I've had no other choice than to cancel my performances on the Friday Night with Jonathan Ross Show and the Radio 1 Live Lounge this week. Gutted!"

She added: "It's a good job I've got my iPod to keep me entertained. I'm loving Ellie Goulding's album right now! I'm really sorry for letting you down and I look forward to seeing you all soon."
