Singer Cheryl Cole is due to divorce footballer Ashley Cole today, according to The Sun.

Cheryl's marriage to love rat Ashley will formally end in the High Court today.

The X Factor judge, 27, will be granted a decree nisi, which will end her four-year marriage with Ashley, 29, after he was accused of cheating on his wife with a number of women.

The couple's case, which the British newspaper says is only referred to only by their initials, is scheduled at the top of a list of divorces for this morning.

Cheryl has recently been rumoured to be romantically linked to dancer Derek Hough, 25.
