Casey Johnson died with few assets, no will

Casey Johnson, an American heiress, died at 30 with no will and an estimated $75,000 in assets.

The daughter of the Johnson&Johnson pharmaceutical dynasty died in January of a diabetic coma which was the result of her lifelong insulin-dependent diabetes.

Johnson had fallen into personal troubles and financial straits in Hollywood after her East Coast family cut off access to her funds.

Johnson's lack of a will and relatively paltry assets were revealed in legal documents filed by her high-profile father, Robert Johnson IV, TMZ reports.

Johnson's documents state: "It is necessary for him [Johnson] to take possession of all of the assets – as quickly as possible to preserve her estate from damage, waste, injury and publicity."
