Britney Spears in talks to play receptionist in Glee

Britney Spears will play a receptionist in the special episode of Glee dedicated to her, according to US reports.

The 28-year-old pop princess is reportedly in talks with producers about making a cameo appearance in the upcoming episode of the show that is based on her music.

A source told HollywoodLife.com: "Britney's episode is based on fantasies. The kids get drugged at the dentist’s office and start having these dream fantasies.

"Britney will appear in the fantasies and play a receptionist in the dentist’s office. The producers are putting the final touches [to the] specifics as we speak."

Spears played a receptionist when she made a guest appearance on TV comedy How I Met Your Mother two years ago.
