Bill and Ted off on another excellent adventure?

A third instalment in the Bill and Ted franchise could be in the works according to reports.

Keanu Reeves is said to be considering reprising his role as Theodore 'Ted' Logan from Bill And Ted's Excellent Adventure according to his co-star Alex Winter.

Reeves and Winter starred in the surprise 1989 hit about dopey, time-travelling high school students, following it up with Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey in 1991.

Winter let slip about their plans during a Q&A session in Los Angeles.

He reportedly said that he, Reeves, and the film's original writer Ed Solomon had been "kicking ideas around" according to an attendee at the film event.

The project's future depends on finding a story that that is "worthwhile", Ain’t It Cool News reports the attendee saying.
