Bieber reveals dream of Grease remake
Teen sensation Justin Bieber has revealed he wants to team up with Miley Cyrus for a remake of hit 1978 film Grease.
The 16-year-old told The Sun newspaper he is desperate for a film company to resurrect the musical, with him replacing John Travolta as Danny and Cyrus as his leading lady Sandy, originally played by Olivia Newton John.
The Baby singer said: "It would be a lot of fun. It's been talked about a lot over the years but it would be awesome to play Danny. I would go for Miley Cyrus without hesitation. She can sing, dance and act."
But his plans don’t stop there. The heartthrob also wants to get Cheryl Cole and Susan Boyle signed up for the would-be movie.
"I'd want some great people to star in it,” he said. “Wouldn't Susan Boyle make an amazing Principal McGee? We'd just need to write it into the script that she broke into song. I am obsessed with Susan. When I look at her original audition it makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. I would love to include Cheryl Cole as well. She would look great in the Rydell High cheerleading uniform."
