Ashley Greene 'excited about Twilight bridesmaid dress'

Twi-hards may be waiting with baited breath to catch their first glimpse of Kristen Stewart’s wedding dress, but co-star Ashley Greene insisted that her bridesmaid dress is worth a look too.

Kristen will unveil her Carolina Herrera-creation to the world when her character Bella Swan marries vampire Edward Cullen - played by her real-life boyfriend Robert Pattinson - in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, Part 1.

But Ashley, who play’s Edward’s sister Alica, told InStyle.com, “I’m really excited for everyone to see my dress, too.

“It was a collaboration for the dress. We wanted to have all the bridesmaids fit together and also have their own identity. So, we took a little bit of Alice’s past and put it into her dress.”

The 24-year-old actress admitted that although she adored the gown, she wasn’t too fond of its built-in support.

“I loved it,” she said. “I didn’t love the corset. There were corsets in them and we took them out by the end of the movie. We were just like, ‘We don’t care!’ There’s dancing and stuff like that so that was the only part that I didn’t like because that was uncomfortable, but once the corset came out I loved it.”

And as for the wedding, she added, "It’s magical. That’s the only way I’ve been able to describe it. It’s magical and beautiful.”
