Amy Winehouse's father Mitch has to delay plans for foundation after name stolen

Amy Winehouse's father Mitch has had to delay his plans for a foundation in his daughter's name after the name was taken by someone else.

The singer was found dead at her home in London in July and her father has revealed he plans to set up a new foundation to help those struggling with addictions.

However he has now revealed that the name 'The Amy Winehouse Foundation' has been taken by someone else so he is having to think of another way of setting it up.

According to BBC Newsbeat, he said: "Somebody else pinched it off of us before we could get it registered. All these donations which are coming in - we don't know what to do with them at the moment."
