* Speight's Dog Barking - This is a "bark off" with local Queenstown dogs and their owners (Following the Dog Derby up Coronet Peak) head to the Ale House at 4pm. Awesome!
*Skycity Cabaret Night - Comedy, music and the award winning Chris and Chet show.
Friday July 2nd
*Rusian Standard Big Chill – P Diggs, DJ Sambora and the Sunshine Sound System
*Lindauer Ladies Cocktail Evening at Memorial Hall 6.00pm
Saturday July 3rd
*Night skiing on Coronet Peak (brrr rug up it'll be chilly!)
*Lindauer Jazz Night (My favourite event of Winterfest!) Go up the Gondalas and cruise around listening to the many jazz and bands on offer. A great night! 7pm til late.

Waituhi Festival - NZ Body Painting Festival 2011
Waituhi is the Maori word for applying cosmetics and paints on the body. This was normally done during tribal wars.
Waituhi Body Painting Festival has settled in the vibrant and amazing EventsCapital, Lake Taupo with the next festival weekend from the 24 - 30 January 2011. The annual theme is ‘Maori Myths and Legend' with different subtitles each year.
It is a fun event in the sun with art competitions, exhibitions, colourful stalls, face painting, glitter tattoos, music, stalls, fire poi, mask making, wing making, bouncy castle and other fun actitvities for all children, teenagers and adults!
It will be a busy week of workshops from 24 until 29 January 2011 gathering artists, models and participants (novices as well as professionals) followed by one amazing day of competitions on the actual Festival weekend on 30 January 2011.
We have received encouraging response from sponsors, artists and entertainers and still welcome more to come.
