Keep it Clean

Well, I have now been a Cougar for a year.

In that time I have learnt a lot about myself and about men. As a result I have decided to go on a relationship hiatus for a while, but not a sex hiatus – because as I am sure doesn’t surprise you, Cain and I are finished. One day he just stopped calling and responding to me trying to contact him. C’est la vie I guess, as a close friend put it: “You didn’t really expect that to last, did you?” No, not really.

Hence the abstaining from seeking relationships, but I’m not a monk – so never fear dear readers, there will be plenty of stories to keep you going. So far this year I have had sex with a 23 year old whose name I can’t recall, so we will name him Romeo; Sick Puppy (24), Bored Housewives (24, and yes I know, but whatever people!) and as a treat for my birthday, a 22 year old we shall name Superman.

He was totally, totally delicious. Gorgeous, muscular, fantastic in bed, etc etc. It was hard to not push him for a ‘lets see each other again’ after the divine sex we had, but I have to stick to this man ban for six months at least, so I can truly find myself before I look to a man, of any age, to complete me.

However I don’t know that Superman will contact me again anyway, because in his infinite awesomeness (sarcasm!) Bored Housewives left a condom on the floor between the wall and the side of my bed. Superman put his hand down to try and find something and found it. Ew! So no surprises if I never hear from him again, which is a total shame. Thanks A LOT Bored! But perhaps it is a blessing, as I have to focus on me, focus, focus!

One thing I would like to mention about the men I have slept with this year: shaved genitalia. I have told you in the past that I am a fan of what I like to call the Brazillian with Bush. I expect men to keep themselves tidy, like I do, but everyone I have sex with lately seems to be as free of hair as the day they were born. I have no objections, don’t get me wrong; I just wonder when it became so popular amongst young men? Do guys talk about shaving their bits with their mates?
