The good news is that I have seen Superman several times now, and the sex with him just keeps getting better and better.

Just like a good cub should, he is open minded, willing and eager... honestly, a Cougar couldn’t ask for better. But naturally there is one thing that bothers me: everytime we say goodbye after getting together and have wild and mind blowing sex, he kisses me on the cheek. The CHEEK. That makes me feel like his bloody mum, or a whore, neither of which I want to feel like!

I decided I would gently bring up the topic with him, along the lines of 'it is clear that we are f**k buddies, but  if you want it to continue don't leave me feeling used because I will kick you to the curb if you do', but nicely, of course – when the tables turned.

Before I tell you how, I want to share some thoughts on the subject when I discussed it with a fan of this blog that we will call Reddy. He thought that it was a way for Superman to make the transition from intimacy back to 'distance' and thinking of himself as single again. “Perhaps he's protecting himself from you f**king with his mind as well as his body?” he suggested. Reddy is around my age, so I found the suggestion intriguing and likely. Thanks Reddy.

But then, as I said, the situation changed. On the weekend I met up with Superman, we had fantastic sex 3 times within 12 hours, included breakfast and a movie. When he left he kissed me more on the lips than usual. Now I am torn! That isn’t f**k buddy behaviour, and what happens if he wants to be in an actual relationship with me? I mean I wouldn’t complain - he is gorgeous, intelligent, kind and dynamite in bed.

But he is young – and my self imposed not-getting-into-relationships-for-at-least-six-months has to go longer than one month! Plus he is young, and despite my penchant for that, should I be realistic and call a spade a spade – he probably isn’t looking for what I am looking for in a relationship, no matter how mature he is?

To date I have been very stand-offish and made it quite clear that this is just sexual, which maybe why he did the kiss on the cheek thing. If he is interested, should I consider having a relationship with him, or am I just setting myself up for another inevitable disappointment?
