Rock vs Dance music

Dance music these days takes forms in all genre's it seems. Just look at the rise of David Guetta in the last year. He's been doing the Rn'b vs house thing and it's been going nuts for him ever since he released his single 'When love takes over' with Kelly Rowland in early 2009.

So I thought it was about time to get back to my rocker roots and get this rock vs dance music thing happening here in NZ. So after many meetings and emails back and forth from Dave Dobbyn's manager, Ian & Peter Urlich, we are pleased to announce that we have NZ's biggest dance Rock collaboration getting officially released on New Zealand's national day - Waitangi Day - 7th February.

The official title will be "Jolyon Petch & Sam Hill vs Th'Dudes - Bliss 2010". The release fuses modern funky club music with the nostalgic guitars and the anthemic vocals from Th'Dudes most iconic song- Bliss.

We  also made sure the top house music remixers in NZ also got behind the release, so along with the main club & radio mixes you can also grab a mix from Greg Churchill & Angela Fisken (Aural Trash), Dan Aux (George FM) or ex kiwi boys - The Stafford Brothers.
