Miss TW steel winner

Hi Kids, thought I'd share the results of Miss TW steel international with you...

The winner was Miss Portugal, Olivia Ortiz, who walked away with a US$25,000 contract to represent TW steel for the next year.

The two runners up were Miss New Zealand (Me!!!!) and then Miss South Africa Amy Lombard. (If you look in the photo below I am 2nd on the left, and Amy is 2nd on the right) We both recieved a TW steel watch each, valued at around US$2000.

The 3 categories that we competed in were TW Steel dresses, swimwear from the Caprice swim range, and eveningwear provided by Isabell Christiansen. I know it's not easy to judge the girls on 2 budget photos so I will try and put some up as soon as I get them!

My four day stint in the UK consisted of a London Bus tour, 2 hour drive to Oxfordshire, a photo shoot for FHM, a nightmarish dress fitting that took just under 3 hours (Renzo too small for everything, as usual- I was the shortest contestant by 10cm!), a very, very cold rehearsal day, a nerve wracking final and the booziest, most outrageous post event party ever.

Let me tell you that the drive back to London the next day was not a pretty one. Oh and if you don't know who Kid Creole and the coconuts are (I didn't until the ball!), you're missing out.Kid Creole is awesome, and kind of looks like a pimp's grandfather. And the coconuts are too bad on the eye either!
