Melbourne & friends

After battling the last few scorching days in Melbourne with Playstation and endless cans of coke (bye bye tooth enamel), My friends and I were greeted today with a more bearable 20-something degrees and new motivation to go out and look at products we might like to purchase.

We jumped on the tram to Brunswick street to have a skeeze around and see what we could find. Brunswick & its surrounding streets are a goldmine of second hand stores (Although they know that they are onto a good thing and price accordingly) and cool cafe's and bars. I thought I'd share a couple of goodies with you in case you plan on visiting the area anytime soon...

LOST & FOUND MARKET

A multi leveled haven of clothing, furniture and other goodies from days gone by. Its a huge space with some real gems if you are keen to really get your rummage on. It looks like a giant op shop, but is actually a market style set up with stalls being stocked by different owners. There are stairs up and down leading to more levels of vintage and retro deliciousness and a lot of time could be spend scouring each nook and cranny for wares
just waiting to be discovered.

The Lost & Found markets are open 7 days from 12pm - 6am and are located on 12 Smith Street, which runs parallel to Brunswick street.
